About Everframe Gallery

Everframe Gallery sells public-domain masterpieces, prepared properly for the Samsung Frame TV and other screens. 100 works, 47 artists, one small shop run by David Waite from the United Kingdom.

Why pay for art that's free?

Because the free version usually isn't ready to hang. Museum open-access files are magnificent and completely free — we tell you exactly where to get them, and if you enjoy the fiddling, please do. But a raw museum download is the wrong shape for a 16:9 television, often the wrong resolution, and rarely framed the way the work deserves.

What you pay for here is the preparation, not the painting. Every work is sourced from an open-access museum collection, then cropped and prepared so it fills a Frame TV properly instead of sitting in letterbox bars.

Where the artwork comes from

Every work is in the public domain, drawn from museums that publish open-access images — among them the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Rijksmuseum, the Art Institute of Chicago, the Cleveland Museum of Art and SMK. Each artwork page credits the collection it came from.

The paintings belong to everyone. The work of getting them onto your wall is what's for sale.
