If your download isn't working

First, try your original thank-you page link again — it doesn't expire, and the buttons keep working. It's the page you landed on straight after paying, and the link is also in your receipt email.

If that still fails, email us and include the address you paid with and roughly when you ordered. That's enough to find the order. Don't send card details — we never need them, and we can't see them.

• Anything about your order that the refunds page doesn't answer
