Refunds & cancellations

Everything sold here is a digital download. Once a file is on your computer it can't be handed back, so the rules are a little different from buying a physical print. Here's exactly where you stand.

The short version

Your right to cancel

Under UK consumer law you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content that right ends once the download begins, provided you agreed to that at checkout. Because delivery here is instant, that's what happens: you get the files straight away, and the 14-day cancellation right ends at that moment.

If you bought but haven't downloaded anything yet, that right is intact — email us within 14 days and you'll get a full refund.

If something's wrong with the files

This is separate from changing your mind, and it isn't time-limited in the same way. If a file is corrupt, won't open, is the wrong resolution, or doesn't match what the artwork page described, that's on us. Email [email protected] and we'll send a working file or refund you — your choice.

Do check the obvious things first, though: your original thank-you page link doesn't expire, so a download that failed halfway will usually just work on a second try.

What isn't a fault

A few things we can't refund for, because they're not defects:

How to ask

Email [email protected] with the email address you paid with and roughly when you ordered. That's enough to find the order — no order number needed, and never send card details. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, and usually land within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.

None of this affects your statutory rights.
